Credential on File

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Agreement on the Storage and Use of Saved Payment Credentials (the “Agreement”) explains the conditions under which you authorize MMR Boost (“we”, “us”) and our payment processors to securely store and reuse your saved payment information for future purchases on this platform. It applies in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • Cardholder — a registered user who provides payment information to purchase services on MMR Boost.
  • Credentials on File (“COF”) — saved payment credentials, payment tokens, or other payment references stored to enable future transactions without re-entering full card details.
  • Cardholder-Initiated Transaction — a payment you actively start (e.g. paying for a new boost order using a saved method).
  • Merchant-Initiated Transaction — a recurring or scheduled payment we start under a specific authorization you previously gave (e.g. an active subscription or agreed instalment).

2. Purpose

When you make a purchase, you provide payment information to our processors. To make repeat purchases faster, you may choose to save a payment method. This Agreement sets out what we store, who processes it, and how you can withdraw consent.

3. Consent and Authorization

By ticking the relevant box at checkout (or otherwise opting to save a payment method), you explicitly consent to this Agreement and authorize us and our certified payment processors to securely store and reuse your COF for future transactions on MMR Boost.

For this purpose we may receive and store limited payment-related data, including:

  • Name on the payment method;
  • Masked card details and last four digits;
  • Card type and expiry date;
  • Payment token or saved payment reference;
  • Payment identifier and payment method;
  • Transaction references and payment status;
  • Refund and chargeback records.

We never store full card numbers (PAN), CVV/CVC codes, or other sensitive authentication data. Those are handled directly by our certified payment processors — Stripe (cards), PayPal (PayPal balance and linked sources), and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) — under their own PCI DSS compliant environments. We may add or change processors over time; this Agreement extends to any certified processor we use.

4. Authorized Transaction Types

  • Cardholder-Initiated: transactions you start to pay for boost services, subscriptions, or related platform activity.
  • Merchant-Initiated: recurring or scheduled transactions we start strictly for ongoing services, active subscriptions, or previously agreed periodic payments you explicitly authorized.

5. Data Processing for Transactions

For each transaction, we and our processors may process payment-related data needed to authorize, settle, reconcile, refund, or dispute that transaction — including the amount, currency, date, authorization code, payment token, payment method and status, and refund or chargeback records.

6. Data Protection

We process saved payment credentials in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where it applies. You may exercise your data rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability — subject to the limits set out in our Privacy Policy and by law.

7. Security

Saved payment data is handled under applicable PCI DSS requirements, processor rules, and card scheme rules. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to the limited payment data we hold — including access controls, role-based permissions, encryption or tokenization where applicable, logging, monitoring, and incident response.

8. Withdrawing Authorization

You may withdraw authorization at any time by removing the saved payment method in your account settings (where available) or by contacting support@mmrboost.com. We will take reasonable steps to disable further use of the saved credentials and, where applicable, ask the processor to delete or deactivate the corresponding token or reference.

Withdrawal does not affect transactions already initiated, amounts already due, refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation, fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or data we must retain under applicable law or processor rules.

9. Liability

We are liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of the limited payment data we process where caused by our negligence or breach of our security obligations. Liability is limited to direct losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from data breaches or security incidents, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Term and Termination

This Agreement takes effect once you accept it and your payment method is successfully authorized, and remains in force until terminated by either party. You may terminate by removing your saved methods or by written request to support. On termination, your COF will be securely deleted within thirty (30) days, except data we must retain by law. Transactions initiated before termination remain subject to this Agreement.

11. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of saved payment methods after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MMR Boost operates, consistent with Section 15 of our Terms of Use. Nothing here limits any statutory consumer rights you may have in your own jurisdiction.
